*Return Airport Transfers
Welcome to Bali! Upon arrival into Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar), our Airport representatives and your personal transfer guide will be waiting for you at the dedicated Discova Airport Lounge. The lounge is located approximately 100 metres on your left, after Immigration clearance. Your transfer driver will escort you to your transfer vehicle and drive you to your hotel. The day prior to departure, Discova will contact your hotel and reconfirm pick up for your departure flight.

Your 2 Day Ultimate Beach Club Experience includes:
Entrance to Club del Mar Bali Beach Club for 2 days.
Grass Daybed for 4 hours (12pm – 10pm) daily
1 x Use of Beach Towels daily, per person
1 x selected cocktail on arrival daily, per person (or 1 x selected soft drink for children)
1 x Pizza OR 1 x Fruit Platter daily to share, per booking.

Please note the following important information:
An initial booking will be made for you via Ignite Travel, directly to the venue, on the 2nd day of your trip.

It is the guest’s responsibility to make any further bookings directly with the venue moving forward. This can be done by emailing [emailprotected], or made directly at the venue prior to the day of travel.

If you do not make a booking with the venue, and just turn up, the package inclusions will be based on availability.

You will present venue staff with an itinerary / voucher which will need to be crossed checked with information received prior from Ignite Travel.

Daybeds will be kept for a maximum of 1 hour (up until 13:00pm) whereby they will then be released.

2 Day Ultimate Beach Club Experience is not available from 30 December 2022 – 01 January 2023 inclusive.

Café del Mar Bali is open from 12pm to 10pm daily.

DRESS CODE
Casual attire: beer/alcohol branded apparel, cut off clothing and wedding gowns are not permitted at any time.
Proper swim attire must be worn in the pools at all times.

CHILDREN POLICY
Whilst we are a predominantly adult venue, we do accommodate children. However, we encourage parents to accompany their children at all times, should you wish to bring nannies, we ask that they adhere to the same dress code as our other guest.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is allowed in all areas of our Beach Club except the Beach Club Dining.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Outside food and beverage.
Toys, props, or inflatables.
Animals.

Professional photography equipment including video cameras, telescopic lenses, or drones unless there is a prior arrangement with our Marketing team.

Weapon, all sharp/dangerous items. The exception to this rule if our in-house Police or when we have Police or Army escorting VIP Guest, Politicians, etc.

Illegal substances are not allowed inside the venue. Indonesia carries severe penalties for possession of illegal drugs.

Please note that for your own safety, all vehicles must be fully checked by security at the entrance and all bags, backpacks, purses, parcels, or other goods in your possession are subject to inspection prior to entering Café del Mar Bali’s premises. Our management reserves all rights to refuse entry. All items not permitted will be labelled and held by our Guest Relation team until departure.

Pricing
All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee of $300 per person.
